Corporate governance is a framework that determines the rights and responsibilities among the various parties, such as the managers, board of directors, shareholders and other stakeholders in the company.
SIMAH Rating Agency (TASSNIEF ), believes corporate governance is fundamentally concerned with creating sustainable shareholders’ value, without ignoring the interests of other stakeholders in the company such as; employees, partners, customers and the community at large.
Administrative and Supervisory Committee (ASC)
TASSNIEF established its Administrative and Supervisory Committee (ASC) in compliance with the CMA regulations. The ASC is primary responsible for ensuring compliance with the Capital Market Law, its implementing regulations and other relevant laws and regulations along with compliance policies and procedures. Furthermore, The ASC ensures the development of the credit rating policies and of the methodologies properly.
