Based on the related provisions set out in the Credit Rating Agencies Regulation, the CMA's Board of Commissioners has issued its resolution authorizing the formation of SIMAH Rating Agency (TASSNIEF ) . The commencement of business shall be subject to fulfilling the requirements set out in the letter from the CMA.
